The Department of Control and Quality of the Urban Environment of the Astana Akimat has identified a case of unauthorised construction of the 'Mardan' residential complex without the necessary permits.

According to the press service of the Akimat, the developer — Asyl-Nur Qurylys LLP — began construction and installation works in violation of regulations.
The inspection was carried out jointly with the Akimat of the 'Nura' district, coordinated by the capital's prosecutor's office. As a result, the developer was issued an order to rectify the violations, but failed to comply.
"The court ordered the developer to demolish the illegally constructed building. In enforcement of the legally binding court decision, the Department of Justice of the city of Astana is carrying out the forced dismantling," the statement said.
Previously, the illegally built 'QURMANGAZY' residential complex, constructed by Inter Stroy Astana LLP, was dismantled in a similar manner.
It is also worth recalling that the FBRK editorial team previously investigated the activities of two major Karaganda companies — RGB Group LLP and Zhyloi Fond LLP — and identified gaps in the regulation of the construction industry and the protection of shared-equity holders' rights.
