The Interdistrict Criminal Court of Astana has passed a sentence on the head of the State Communal State Enterprise "Nursery-Kindergarten" and her deputy for economic affairs.
According to the press service of the department, they were accused of embezzling and misappropriating entrusted property to the sum of 13,049,701 tenge.
The defendants pleaded guilty and asked for a minimum punishment not involving deprivation of liberty.
