At the Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University, they have explained how they will use the Kaisar Tower business centre, which was transferred to the university by Kairat Satybaldy.

According to Bes.media, the sign has already been changed on the building, which was returned to municipal ownership in the summer of 2024. The total area of the property exceeds 12 thousand square metres. The educational institution has already taken over four floors.

"The nine-storey building is indeed not suited for holding classes; we are converting it. There were 66 tenants in there; currently, five large ones remain, whose contracts are long-term. We have agreed with them that they will stay until the end of this year. There will be lecture halls and laboratories there.", said the Vice-Rector for Infrastructure Development, Yerkin Dussipov.

How much money will be spent on repairing and re-equipping the building has not been reported.

It has become known that the limited liability partnership Kaisar Tower, registered at the same address where the business centre was located, was established in 2014. The company was liquidated on 7 February 2022, shortly before the arrest of Kairat Satybaldy. Prior to this, the first director and founder was one Bakytzhan Kulbayev.

It is reported that Kulbayev was the director of the limited liability partnerships Kaisar Tower, Baidala V, the sole proprietorship Bask, and the limited liability partnership QS Holding.

In 2023, deputy Maksat Tolykbai said that Satybaldy, while in custody, entered into an agreement to purchase the Hilton hotel in Almaty with the company limited liability partnership Baidala V

For context, in September last year, Court No. 2 of the Baikonyr district of Astana sentenced Kairat Satybaldy to 6 years' imprisonment. Previously, we wrote in detail that the nephew of the first president is being  accused of several episodes - all related to investigations in the oil and gas sector.

Later, Satybaldy filed a petition for parole, but the court of the East Kazakhstan Region rejected it.

It was also reported that the total value of assets returned to the state in the criminal cases against Kairat Satybaldy amounts to 732.8 billion tenge

In August of this year, Court No. 2 of Ust-Kamenogorsk granted the petition of Satybaldy and replaced the unserved portion of his custodial sentence with a restriction of liberty for a period of 3 years, 3 months and 7 days.

Furthermore, probation supervision has been imposed on Satybaldy. If he lacks permanent employment, he may be required to perform 100 hours of unpaid community work annually for the entire duration of his sentence.
