A reshuffle has taken place in Kazakhstan's largest commercial real estate holding company "Mercury Properties": Dinara Kulibayeva has once again become a co-owner of the company, replacing her son Altai Askar.
According to Kursiv.media, the son of Timur and Dinara Kulibayeva, Altai Askar, has left the list of the company's owners. As per the re-registration data, Askar's share was received by his mother, Dinara Kulibayeva, the daughter of former President Nursultan Nazarbayev.
It is reported that prior to the reorganisation, the company was owned by KiPros LLP (whose owner is also Timur Kulibayev) and Altai Askar. Following the changes, the founders are now KiPros and Dinara Kulibayeva.

According to Forbes Kazakhstan, the revenue of Mercury Properties LLP for 2024 amounted to around 27 billion tenge, placing Timur Kulibayev in second place in the country's ranking of largest rentiers. The holding company manages shopping centres, business centres, hotels, and warehouse facilities across six cities in Kazakhstan, with a total area of over 1 million m².

According to available information, Dinara Kulibayeva was previously a founder of the company from 2015 to 2023, after which her share was transferred to her son, Altai Askar.
