The court has reached a verdict in the case of the son of Mazhilis Parliament deputy Daulet Turlykhanov - Bolat Nurassyl, who was found to have violated his probation supervision. A video previously circulated online showing Nurassyl sitting at a celebratory table in a restaurant, breaching the terms of his restricted freedom. 
According to Tengrinews.kz, the case materials were submitted to the court by the Department of the Criminal Executive System (DCES) for Almaty. Representatives of the department requested that the sentence be changed from restricted freedom to imprisonment.
It is reported that the deputy's son has already served 6 months and 12 days of his restricted freedom sentence, with the remaining term being 1 year, 5 months and 18 days.
"The court ruled to grant the probation service's motion to replace the unserved part of the sentence from restricted freedom to imprisonment for Bolat Nurassyl Dauletuly. Replace Bolat's sentence with imprisonment", the ruling states.
Nurassyl Bolat was taken into custody in the courtroom. It is reported that he will serve his sentence in a medium-security colony.
To recall, in May Nurassyl was sentenced to two years of restricted freedom for assaulting lawyer Oleg Chernov and his wife Anna. Additionally, at the time of the attack on the lawyers, the deputy's son was supposed to be at military unit 32363, where he was undergoing military service.
