Officials sued a resident of Zhambyl Region over criticism on Facebook
The Zhambyl District Court approved a mediation agreement between the district akimat's department of architecture, urban planning and construction and a local resident following a dispute over Facebook posts. The defendant undertook to publish a retraction and apologise, while the claimant withdrew the claims made.
