A passenger sued FlyArystan following stuffiness on a Shymkent — Almaty flight
Passenger Ablai Baitenov has filed a lawsuit against FlyArystan airline following an incident on 9 July at Shymkent airport. According to him, passengers were held on board the aircraft for around 45 minutes with the doors closed and no working air conditioning, at an air temperature of +36.2°C.
