After the deaths of 14 servicemen in the Caspian, Abbat Orisbayev, a deputy of the «Әділет» faction, proposed equipping exercise participants with GPS tags and health sensors. The initiative also provides for surveillance of the territory using drones and the possibility of immediately halting dangerous stages of the exercises.
