Deputies of the Kurultai were banned from using the tribune for personal appeals
Kurultai deputies will not be able to use speeches at sessions and working platforms for personal or other appeals not related to their parliamentary powers. At the same time, requirements for the behaviour and dissemination of information by parliamentarians have been enshrined.
