Owners of yurts have been fined for litter on the banks of the Zaisan in the East Kazakhstan region.
On the shore of Lake Zaisan near the village of Baitogas in the Tarbagatai district of the East Kazakhstan region (EKR), yurt owners were brought to administrative responsibility for violations in the handling of household waste. The inspection confirmed that rubbish was buried in the sand not far from the water.
