A mass Telegram outage has affected several regions of Kazakhstan.
On 13 August 2026, Telegram users in Kazakhstan reported widespread outages affecting the messenger service. The majority of complaints came from Astana, Almaty and the Karaganda region. The cause of the outage had not been established at the time of publication.
