The "painting" of asphalt before the arrival of the akim has been explained in the Akmola region
A video has been circulating on social media in which a resident of the village of Krasny Yar in Akmola Region claims that road workers were "painting" the asphalt ahead of the akim's visit. The office of the akim of the Krasnoyarsk rural district explained that a specialised protective material, not paint, was being applied to the road surface.
