The streets of Ust-Kamenogorsk have been flooded due to a heavy downpour.
The heavy downpour that occurred on 28 July led to street flooding in Ust-Kamenogorsk. In certain parts of the city, traffic and pedestrian movement were disrupted, and utility services began pumping out the rainwater.
