Chairman of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Timur Suleimenov, explained the reason why deputy chairman Aliya Moldabekova was held administratively liable. According to him, the fine is linked to the untimely execution of an order from the Higher Audit Chamber (HAC).
