A member of the National Hunting Federation is suspected of illegally keeping birds from the Red Data Book.
A member of the "Qusbegilik" Federation had 35 rare birds of prey, listed in the Red Book, confiscated. According to the investigation, a local resident had been illegally acquiring and keeping them in a nursery on the grounds of his home in Karaganda since 2017.
