Beqtenov criticised the progress of the modernisation of CHPP-3 in Almaty
Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov criticised the pace of modernisation of CHPP-3 in Almaty and instructed the management of Samruk-Energy to complete the work by the end of 2026. He stated that the situation at the site is unsatisfactory and warned that the issue of personal responsibility would be reviewed if deadlines are missed.
