Heavy downpours have flooded settlements in Kyrgyzstan
On the evening of 1 July 2026, heavy downpours led to flooding in Cholpon-Ata and several settlements in the Issyk-Kul district. The consequences of the bad weather were dealt with by rescuers, engineering equipment and civil protection services.
