Since the beginning of 2026 social inspectors have checked 609 facilities for compliance with legal requirements on creating a barrier-free environment.
WHICH FACILITIES WERE CHECKED
According to the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Sphere of Social Protection of the Population, inspections were carried out at facilities where a barrier-free environment must be ensured for people with disabilities and other groups with limited mobility.
Inspectors assessed compliance with legal requirements relating to the creation of an accessible environment.
WHAT VIOLATIONS WERE FOUND
As a result of 609 inspections, social inspectors issued 394 orders to eliminate identified violations.
In addition, administrative enforcement measures were applied to those who failed to comply with legal requirements.
WHAT MEASURES WERE TAKEN
According to the committee, following the inspections, 200 administrative fines were imposed, totalling more than 47.4 million tenge.
