The super-yacht I Dynasty, which belonged to the family of the late businessman Alijan Ibragimov, has been put up for sale for €240 million, or around 131 billion tenge at the current exchange rate. Following the entrepreneur's death, the family's assets are being managed by his son Shukhrat Ibragimov, who chairs the Board of Directors of Eurasian Resources Group (ERG).

WHAT IS KNOWN ABOUT THE YACHT SALE

According to the Telegram channel "Vykhod k moryu", the yacht I Dynasty was built at a shipyard in the German city of Wewelsfleth and handed over to the owner in 2015. At the time, the vessel was acquired by one of the founders of the 'Eurasian trio', Alijan Ibragimov. The purchase price was estimated at nearly $200 million.

The yacht's length exceeds 100 metres. The vessel can reach speeds of up to 17 knots, or around 31 km/h, and can travel up to 7,000 nautical miles — approximately 13,000 km — without entering port.

It is noted that the yacht's interior was designed by the Italian studio Massari Design. On board, there are facilities for 22 passengers and 15 crew members, as well as swimming pools, cinemas, a sauna, a hammam, a gym, and a garage for a motor boat.

WHERE THE VESSEL IS NOW

According to data from the Marinetraffic service, the yacht is currently in the Spanish city of Malaga, where it is awaiting potential buyers.

Last year, the vessel underwent an upgrade, including the renewal of the propulsion system from Rolls-Royce. The maintenance of the yacht is said to cost the family around $15–20 million annually.

HOW THE IBRAHIMOV FAMILY'S ASSETS HAVE CHANGED

After the death of Alijan Ibragimov in 2021, management of part of the family's assets passed to Shukhrat Ibragimov. In the following years, the family began selling and redistributing certain overseas properties.

For instance, in 2022, the Ibragimovs put an estate in Nice, with an area of about 4,000 m², up for sale. At the time, the property was valued at €40 million (around 18.5 billion tenge).

Later, it became known that Shukhrat Ibragimov became the sole owner of the family estate in the Belgian municipality of Braine-l'Alleud. Previously, shares in the owning company were distributed among several family members. The property's value was estimated at roughly €5 million.

RELATED BUSINESS INTERESTS AND SANCTIONS RISKS

The article also mentions that the name of Shukhrat Ibragimov was linked to the purchase of the Kyrgyz Kermet Bank in 2024. At the time, data on the ultimate beneficiaries of the deal was not officially disclosed.

In 2025, the bank was hit with blocking sanctions by the United States and the United Kingdom, and later added to the sanctions list of the European Union.

Furthermore, in 2023, Chechen businessman Musa Bazhaev, who is under EU sanctions, transferred the Italian resort Forte Village Resort to Shukhrat Ibragimov. In exchange, Bazhaev received a stake in the Jeruy gold deposit in Kyrgyzstan.
