Freedom Finance has requested the closure of the legal proceedings in the KazTAG case in Almaty.
Representatives of Freedom Finance have filed a motion to hold the court proceedings in the criminal case against representatives of the KazTAG news agency behind closed doors. As a basis, the company’s side stated that during the hearing, information constituting banking secrecy might be disclosed.
