Former deputy head of the police department of Zhambyl region, Zhaidarbek Kuttybayev, and former head of the police department of Talas district, Yerken Abayev, have been found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment. Both have also been permanently banned from working in the civil service and in a number of other institutions.
