A video is circulating online from an educational centre in Atyrau, in which a teacher kicked a boy in the groin area. The child doubled over in pain and, covering the area where he was hit, made his way to his desk.
According to ZTB NEWS, the Akimat of Aktobe Region reported that the teacher was dismissed immediately after the incident.
Meanwhile, the regional police have launched a pre-trial investigation. The authorities are not disclosing details, citing the interests of the investigation.
It will be recalled that a video previously appeared online from a private kindergarten, «Säbi city» in Ekibastuz, showing a woman covering a child's head with a blanket and striking him several times.
