The wife of the former deputy head of the Anti-Corruption Agency and former head of this department in the Aktobe region, Nurlan Shabdar - Meruert Kisamiyeva, has put the family mansion in Almaty up for sale.
According to the Telegram channel "Access to the Sea", the fact that this particular mansion belongs to Shabdar's wife is evident from databases leaked online, in particular those of the Russian company CDEC (delivery service) and the Almaty City Clinical Hospital No. 5.
"The house put up for sale can be easily found by comparing the photographs of the mansion from the sales listing with satellite images", the message states.
The description of the listing indicates that the property is located in the elite cottage community Alem Luxor. The total area of the house exceeds 1,100 m², and the area of the adjoining land is 22 sotka.
On the first floor of the house there is a kitchen, a living room, a study, several living rooms, a sauna with a swimming pool, and service rooms. On the second floor there is a master bedroom, several children's rooms with their own bathrooms, and a common room with daybeds. The basement has a two-car garage, a recreation room, and a laundry room. The stated price of the Shabarbayevs' property is 2.025 billion tenge.
It is noted that a few minutes' walk from their house is the residence of former president Nazarbayev, which is valued at a minimum of 20 billion tenge.
"Almaty property is not Nurlan Shabdar's only home. Like many officials, he has an overseas fallback airfield. In Bulgaria, we found several townhouses near Burgas belonging to Nurlan's family in the Green Life Beach Resort complex", the message states.
It has become known that Nurlan Shabdar's father - Amangeldy Shabarbayev once headed the KNB and commanded the Republican Guard.
From June 2019 to July 2021, Nurlan Shabdar held the post of deputy chairman of the Anti-Corruption Agency. In 2021, he was the head of the Anti-Corruption Agency for the Aktobe region.
