Founder of the FBRC Kirill Pavlov reported in his Telegram channel that all disagreements between him and the National Company «Қазақстан Ғарыш Сапары» have finally been resolved.
Recall that in April of this year, JSC «NC «Қазақстан Ғарыш Сапары» (ҚҒS) filed a lawsuit for the protection of business reputation against journalist Kirill Pavlov.
The national company’s discontent was caused by a series of materials criticising the activities of ҚҒS during the flood situation in the country, which led to the court application.
However, it is now known that under a mediation agreement, the national company withdrew its claims against the journalist.
The public figure is convinced that the peaceful agreement could be a good start for further productive cooperation.
“I am convinced that this is a case where joint work can not only double but multiply the benefit”, wrote the journalist in his Telegram channel.
Kirill Pavlov expressed words of gratitude to his readers for their understanding and support during this difficult period.
“As V. Pelevin said: ‘When you look at the stars, you see not just the light of distant suns, you see the possibility of starting something new. Space reminds us that in infinity there is always room for a new start, for new hope’”, concluded the journalist.
