As suggested by the Telegram channel "Exit to the Truth", this record could be broken as early as 2025. It is noted that in the first half of the year alone, 3.86 million cases were recorded, compared to 2.93 million for the same period in 2024.

– 5.87 million cases;
– 76.4 billion tenge in fines;
– Penalty: from 5 MCI (19,660 tenge).
2. Ignoring road signs and markings:
– 2.89 million offences;
– 18.1 billion tenge in fines;
– Penalty: from 3 MCI (11,796 tenge).
3. Incorrect parking or stopping:
– 455 thousand cases;
– 3.6 billion tenge in fines;
– Penalty: 5 MCI (19,660 tenge).
4. Traffic violations by pedestrians:
– 443 thousand cases;
– 2.8 billion tenge in fines;
– Penalty: from 2 MCI (7,864 tenge).
5. Improper operation of vehicles:
– 414,400 offences;
– 6.1 billion tenge in fines;

6. Not wearing seat belts and motorcycle helmets:

10. Violations of compulsory insurance legislation:

– Penalty: for legal entities — up to 300 MCI (1.18 million tenge).
Thus, the majority of offences are traffic violations – more than 80% of all recorded cases.
