The government plans to allocate more than 1.2 billion tenge from the Special State Fund for the construction of a school at Manadyr Station in the Zhanaarka District of the Ulytau Region.
According to the press service of the department, the existing school in this area is the only educational institution. And it has long been outdated.
"The building was constructed in 1981, with an extension added in the 2000s. Today, the school is significantly overcrowded: with a designed capacity of 60 places, 123 students are currently enrolled. The school lacks laboratory rooms for chemistry, biology, physics and geography, a sports hall, a workshop, and rooms for practical classes," the statement reads.
Construction is planned to begin in March 2025. It is expected that the project will increase the number of student places and create comfortable conditions for children's education.
