A delegation from Kyrgyzstan visited Astana to exchange experience in the judicial sphere.

A delegation of high-ranking officials from Kyrgyzstan's judicial system has arrived in Astana. They visited the capital's criminal courts to learn from their experience.

"In order to study Kazakhstan's experience in introducing information and communication technologies in the process of investigating criminal cases and proceedings on administrative offences, a delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic, consisting of the Deputy Prosecutor General of the Kyrgyz Republic U.U. Konkubayeva, Deputy Head of the Department for Interaction with Courts and Prosecutor's Offices of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Z.K. Kongantiyeva, Head of the Department of the Main Directorate for Criminal, Civil Proceedings and Supervision over the Execution of Court Decisions of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic K.T. Masalbekova, EU Expert B.T. Osmonaliyev, Director of the State Institution "U.K." under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic U.T. Yusupov, Prosecutor of the Main Directorate of Information Technologies, Legal Statistics and Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic S.T. Mamytov, and other employees, visited criminal jurisdiction courts in Astana", the press service of the capital's courts reported.

At the meeting, the Deputy Head of the Department of Judicial Administration for Astana, K. Ospanov, informed the delegates about the implementation of the "Electronic Criminal Case" project.

The guests were shown the "Electronic Criminal Cases" module in the "Törelik" information system, the automatic case distribution system, and were also shown how artificial intelligence can be applied in the country's judicial system.

In turn, the guests noted the high achievements of Kazakhstan's judicial system and thanked them for the exchange of experience.
