The daughter of the rescuer Oleg Tyshkevich, who died at the Maikainzoloto mine, Yana Osolodkova, has reported the disappearance of personal belongings from her father's locker.
As reported by ORDA, Oleg Tyshkevich worked at the Republican Central Headquarters of Professional Paramilitary Emergency Rescue Services.
His daughter said that a tablet, phone and e-book have gone missing.
According to Yana Osolodkova, none of these items were brought to her after the tragedy. She claims the employer refuses to accept responsibility.
"I've been saying for six months: why didn't you make an inventory of the belongings? Why didn't you take photos so there would be no complaints against you? Not all of the belongings were handed over to us through third parties. They only handed over what my father was wearing," she complained.
It is reported that the Tyshkevich family is taking the employer to court. They are demanding not only clarification of the circumstances of the disappearance but also real support.
For context, on 4 January, near the shaft of the Maikain Mine, a bus fell into a 150-metre-deep stope void with four mine rescuers on board. Information about the discovery of two bodies later emerged. The bodies of rescuer Aidos Shaimerden and driver Aiyp Tleubergenov were only found in the summer.
Furthermore, it became known that the court has reviewed the case concerning the tragedy at the Maikainzoloto mine. The commission which conducted the investigation concluded that the fault lies entirely with the employer.
