On the website "Open NPA", amendments to the law "On Civil Service" have been published, concerning the testing of civil servants for professional integrity.

The project states that the testing is planned to be carried out using the Integrity Check system. It is expected to help identify whether an employee performs their professional duties honestly and fairly, without abusing their official powers, and in compliance with the law.

"Testing will be conducted on a voluntary basis, except during the period from receipt of notification of failure to pass the professional integrity test until the completion of disciplinary proceedings regarding the fact of failing the test", the statement reads.
