The State Revenue Committee has published data on foreign financing of NGOs in Kazakhstan.
The Committee of State Revenues of the Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan has published a detailed register of organisations that received foreign funding. In the second half of 2025 alone, over 12 billion tenge came into Kazakhstan from abroad.
