Residents of a village in the Kostanay region were overpaying for water by 45 times.
Instead of 116 tenge, residents and business owners in the village of Glebovka, Kostanay Region, were paying 5.5 thousand tenge for each cubic metre of drinking water. The tariff turned out to be 45 times higher.
