What did witnesses say in court in the Bokayev case in Almaty?
On 5 November, the Almalinsky District Court of Almaty continued the case of Sanzhar Bokayev, his nephew Madiyar Kalmenov and videographer Ulan Nusipkozh. The court examined representatives of companies, discussed the circumstances of the creation of an image film and the absence of certain witnesses. The defence, for the fifth time, demanded that Judge Zhanat Abenova be recused, but was again refused.
