The court in Karaganda cleared an electrician of blame in an accident at a power transmission line
The appellate instance of the Karaganda Regional Court found unjustified the imposition of 30% of the fault on an electrician who suffered grievous bodily harm during emergency restoration work on a power transmission line. The court established that the accident occurred due to the employer's improper organisation of safe working conditions.
