Police identify driver after bottle incident on highway near Balkhash
The police of the Karaganda region have identified a 34-year-old Lada Priora driver from whose car a bottle is presumed to have been thrown at a passing Kia. The bottle smashed the car's windows, and the shards hit a female passenger in the eyes. The Priora driver denies any involvement.
