Pinduoduo and the Claude developer paid Kazakhstan 8 billion tenge in taxes
The American company Anthropic, developer of the AI assistant Claude, and the Chinese marketplace Pinduoduo have paid 8 billion tenge into Kazakhstan's budget. The payments were the result of tax authorities' work with foreign internet platforms. At the same time, access to the international marketplace Farfetch was restricted due to non-compliance with tax requirements.
