Billions allocated for promoting tourism in Almaty were distributed through a subordinate bureau

The Almaty Tourism Department concluded three contracts with its subordinate Almaty Tourism Bureau LLP for a total of about 2.7 billion tenge. Of these, 895 million tenge was allocated for the maintenance of the bureau itself. The difference between the allocated sums and the contractors' procurements amounted to 254 million tenge.
