The Financial Monitoring Agency (FMA) has completed its investigation into a case involving an attempt to illegally register 170 properties in Astana using fictitious unit contribution agreements. According to the investigation, those involved in the scheme used straw co-investors and allegations of alleged fraud to obtain court rulings to register the flats.
