The Cassation Criminal Court has recovered more than 7.3 billion tenge from ten convicted persons in favour of the state in the case of economic smuggling of tobacco products. The decision followed a protest by the prosecutor's office, which pointed to the absence of recovery of the value of the illegally moved goods.
