First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yerzhan Ashikbayev explained the difficulties with returning Kazakhstani citizens from the combat zone in Ukraine. According to him, the ministry checks the circumstances of each case, and citizens bear responsibility for the documents they have signed.
