A hospital in Uralsk has been allocated 300 million tenge amid debts of 2 billion tenge
The Maslikhat of the West Kazakhstan Region (WKR) approved the allocation of 300 million tenge to pay off the accounts payable of the regional multi-specialty hospital to a supplier of medical devices. At the same time, the institution's total debt has reached 2 billion tenge, and the decision raised questions among some deputies because of the legal grounds for the payment and the hospital's financial management.
