Beeline, Kcell and Tele2 fined for too strong a signal in prisons in the Kostanay region
Three mobile operators have been brought to administrative responsibility for exceeding the permissible signal level on the territory of penal institutions in Kostanay region. Following the measurement results, Kar-Tel LLP (Beeline), Kcell JSC and Mobile Telecom-Service LLP (ALTEL, Tele2) received fines.
