Surgeon in Atyrau convicted of receiving money for free OSMS operations
Court No. 2 of Atyrau has sentenced a surgeon who took money from patients for varicose vein surgery covered under the mandatory social health insurance (MSHI). The doctor was given a two-year restriction of liberty, taking into account an amnesty, and was banned from holding certain positions for three years.
