Kazakhstan's Vice-President Yerlan Karin has spoken about the decisions taken by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev after the deaths of 14 servicemen during exercises in the Mangystau Region. These include the appointment of a new defence minister, a comprehensive audit of the ministry and the preparation of a plan to reform the army.
