The Ministry of Internal Affairs has revoked the driving licences of 21,500 drivers for traffic offences since the beginning of 2026
Since the beginning of 2026, 21,500 people in Kazakhstan have been stripped of their driving licences for driving while intoxicated and for driving into oncoming traffic. At the same time, road enforcement has been expanded with cameras, mobile units and around 300 drones, which record violations without stopping vehicles.
