Russia has increased diesel fuel supplies to Central Asia
In August 2026, Russia increased diesel fuel supplies to Central Asian countries by 2.5 times compared with July. Shipments to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia and Tajikistan exceeded 370,000 tonnes against the backdrop of an export ban to countries outside the former Soviet Union.
