Azat Sultanov again denies a significant rise in beef prices in Kazakhstan.
Vice-Minister of Agriculture Azat Sultanov stated that he does not consider beef to be unaffordable for Kazakhstanis and disagrees with the claim that it has risen significantly in price. According to him, the average price of a kilogram of beef across the country is 3,800 tenge, although in Astana the cost of meat reaches 4,200 tenge per kg.
