The Department of the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition (APDC) for the city of Astana identified signs of a breach of antitrust legislation in the activities of JSC "National Centre for Expertise and Certification" ("NCE&C"). After receiving the notification, the organisation complied with the requirements and took measures to preclude the application of different prices for equivalent services.
