The early forest fire detection system implemented in the state forest nature reserve "Semey Ormany" did not confirm its claimed characteristics during testing. Following the identified shortcomings, legal proceedings began between the reserve and JSC "Kazakhtelecom", and the majority of the funds under the contract were returned to the republican budget.
