German refinery in Schwedt replaced Kazakh oil with South American oil
The oil refinery in Schwedt has begun receiving crude oil from South America instead of Kazakhstani feedstock. The change occurred after the transit of Kazakhstani oil through the Druzhba pipeline was halted from 1 May 2026.
