The Petropavlovsk court has passed a sentence in the case of the arson of a department store.
The Petropavlovsk court found 33-year-old Pavel Stravinskas guilty of stealing jewellery and intentionally destroying another person's property by arson. The man was sentenced to 5 years in prison.
